AADYA SHANKARACHARYA SAMADHI AT NIRMAL
Village Nirmal is the Holy place of strength. It has great importance. Parshuram who was incarnation of Lord Vishnu had created this place. VAGIRGAD
Dattadongri – After conquering the Vasai fort , it became the place of his ministers.It was easy to keep watch on everything because the place was situated on height . Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj appointed Vazir on this fort. That is why this fort is famous as Vazirgad. Beautiful statue of Lord Datta is placed in the temple. The distance between Swami Samarth Monastery to Vagirgad is about 2 k.m.
VASAI FORT
Vasai fort was conqured by the Portugese. But in 1739 Chimajiappa foughe against Portuguese and took control over it. There are beautiful temlples of different god and goddessers. There are an underground routes for the proction of the fort. The monument of Chimaji appa was constructed here. This place has a historical importance. The distance between Math to Vasai Fort is about 7 k.m.
Prati Shinganapur
